    Selling your Home with Kids | Week 1: Start the Process Early

    As we head into the first week of our series about selling your home with kids, we’d like to talk about that moment when you’ve made the decision to move. HOW EXCITING! Shortly afterwards, when you start looking at all the work you’ve just gotten yourself into, your palms may get a little sweaty and you’ll have to take a deep breathe and need to sit down! This weeks tip is a great starting point and involves “Starting the Process Early”. By doing so you’ll limit your stress level and space out the workload over time.
    We’d always suggest getting everything organised a few months before. A few things to think about to help establish your timeline… when did you want to be moved into your new home? Now from that final date, we can work back and figure out when you should start the process.
